Allow children to have a right to use the toilet during school
Not allow for trustees to create rules within schools about basic human rights and establish law regarding toilet breaks at school
Too many children are refused to use the toilet at school during lesson times. Not only is it a form of control, but it dehumanises these children and is used in prisons. Schools should not be comparable to prisons at all and so children should be allowed to use the toilet if they need to during lessons.
