Make mass littering and disturbances in a cinema a fineable crime

Petition Details

We think we need to hold people responsible for creating disturbances and littering in cinemas. We think these activities should be illegal and punished with fines.

Additional Information

Not only does littering mean that some cleaners have to stay back for hours to clean, but disturbances mean that some people who have paid to watch the movie cannot focus or concentrate. Small children could be left in tears and fear in a dark cinema room with shouting and disturbances.
