End the ticket tout culture

The act of ticket touting must be made illegal.

Make it a punishable offence to sell concert/sport/entertainment tickets for more than their face value.

Give powers to genuine ticket vendors to prosecute 2nd hand online vendors such as Ebay, TicketStub & Viagogo etc. if they allow tickets to be sold for extortionately over-inflated costs.

Bring a sense of fairness back to live entertainment and remove the greed.
