issue a mandatory6 points on licence for people who fail to report car collision
mandatory 6 points for those who hit another car and choose too drive away without leaving insurance details ,
people think it is acceptable to deliberately hit or crash into another persons car and simply drive away without reprocutions , sadly the law has made this acceptable as when reported to the police it is simply ignored , i impose that the government make it law that those who commit this crime are given a 6 point penalty on there licence for failing to report a accident .
