Reinstate sacked archers actors

Additional Information

I propose that we reinstate the recently sacked Archers actors such as Tom and Brenda and continue recruiting Archers actors from local drama groups as this aids social mobility and provides authentic accents. We should never again replace those few voices that are cherished by so many for so long (unless of course the actors die, can no longer speak or resign).
