Review tolerance for 20mph offences
Don't prosecute until drivers are travelling at 25mph or over.
Drivers in London are being particularly hard hit with with just over 20mph speeding fines compared with other parts of the country.

Decisions about the speed at which to prosecute are a matter for the Courts and the Police, not the UK Government or Parliament.
You may wish to start a petition asking for the speed limit to be increased to 25mph.
