Merseytravel Child Fares 0-17
Child Fares should be up to the age of 17.
As under 18's, still in full-time education, not earning minimum wage in jobs, I feel that it is unfair to be expected to pay Adult Prices on Public Transport.
Student Fares could also be an optiom.
