Extend the theory test deadlines if tests cannot be booked.
If learner drivers can provide very they have been having regular driving lessons and they fail a test they should have the opportunity to extend the theory test date as driving tests are very hard to come by.
It's so unfair that learners are unable to get 1 driving test without a 6-7 month wait let alone another if they fail, if a learner is unfortunate enough to fail the test dates just aren't there due to the theory test expiry dates. There should be exemptions for example if a test is booked just because the theory is running out. If a Learner can prove regular lessons it's so unfair on them at this
particular time.
