Transgender women are women. Make it law that transwomen are protected as women.
We all want people to feel safe -that means transwomen too, a law was passed meaning the definition of a woman is purely biological- this is a massive blow to the community and womens rights it doesn't protect cis-gendered women or transwomen. Being a women is more then how you are born.
Transwomen to be defined as women and transmen to be defined as men. Not being biological at birth, due to sex assigned is not grounds for discrimination against a gender. This is also an issue for intersex births. People should have the right to their own bodies not what someone else deems what a man or women should look like or be. Society has become to ingrossed in beauty standards and culture wars, this hate and separation has to begin in parliament.
