I am a 35 year old Master of public health student and I am in the process of researching my topic for my dissertation.

I will be researching prostitution as abuse as opposed to a criminal,deviant behaviour.

women in prostitution are often pimp controlled and subject to physical,sexual,psyhological emotional and financial abuse.Therefore it seems absurd thst these women are given lifelong criminal records which they always have to declare.Why? They are victims.
