Petition Action

Ensure that third spaces are in places legally to enable trans people to use

Petition Details

Make sure that there are third spaces in place so that trans people can use them. This protects women and transgender persons without removing rights of women and transgender persons by creating more gender neutral changing room and toilets in public settings and in places that are necessary.

Additional Information

Create a legislation that requires places to have third spaces for transgender persons, this allows transgender people to go about their life with dignity as well as maintaining the safety of the rights of women and also respecting trans people so they are not forced to use male facilities which puts them at risk.
