Ensure that transgender women are allowed equality
Ensure that transgender women are not deprived of the basic human right such as using the toilet. A minority group which already receive such discrimination has been highlighted by the recent ruling. This does not align with government policy which the equality act entails.
Ensure that transgender women are protected by the equality act, allow transgender women the basic human right of using the toilet.
The issues around which toilets a transgender man would use is also very unclear.
In order for equality to be paramount to all minority groups, it is paramount that the transgender community are given the same rights, opportunities and social standing as their chosen gender.
