EU Commission Stop ignoring ASPA animal Abusers. Killing Dogs for profits

Additional Information

ASPA are stealing pet dogs, terrorising and attacking people with violence.
They are Illegally catching and killing dogs.
The killing law was suspended, but under the orders of Bucharest Mayor, The Romania Police are protecting these Animal Abusers.
The EU has ignored us for over a year now.
Ignoring all the evidence and material of these law breakers. Time for the Government to listen to the public and not allow countries that do not have animal Welfare Laws in the EU.
