Make companies that operate within the UK respond to job applications.
The Government/Parliament should make it so that companies that operate within the UK respond to Job applications when they do not want to select that applicant and provide feedback to help young people/people in general find a job in their chosen field.
Between February 2024 and April 2025, there was over 600 thousand Young people between the ages of 16 - 24 who are unemployed. This is up by more than 100 thousand people in the previous year, meaning the unemployment rate has gone up from 12.8% to 14.6%, over 2% increase. if the companies that operate within the UK, gave feedback to applicants they have not selected, this could drive them to do better in later applications.
