Make Gender Neutral toilets compulsory for all businesses
To ensure bathroom and changing facilities are accessible to all genders.
In light of updated guidance issued by the Supreme Court on the definition of a female, members of the transgender community now feel confused and frightened to use toilet facilities across the UK.
The provision of gender neutral facilities will provide clarity on where we can feel safe without risk of discrimination.
