Support the re opening of Cardigan memorial hall and swimming pool.
Encourage Ceredigion county council to provide swimming pool access to Cardigan town. Which sits on a river estuary on the west coast of Wales, a tourist destination with a rural spread out mixed community.
The county council is waiting for funding for wellbeing centre which has no timeline as yet. While a group of local people are willing to reopen and run the facility right now until funds are available for well being centre. The local people are forced to travel long distances for hydro pool therapy.. Local schools are busing children out of the county to attend swim lessons if there is space. ( which in a lot of cases the pools are over subscribed)
