End Peak-Time Restrictions for Disabled Bus Pass Holders
We urge the Government to remove the 9:30am restriction on free bus travel for disabled people. This barrier limits access to work, education, and healthcare. Inclusive travel supports employment, independence, and equality for those unable to drive. Change is overdue.
Many disabled people, including those unable to drive, depend on buses to live independently. The 9:30am restriction on free travel makes it harder to access jobs, training, and healthcare. This outdated policy creates unnecessary barriers. We’re asking the Government to ensure fair, all-day access.
