Protect rights for Transgender people to access gender-specific services/spaces.
Enshrine rights for Transgender people to access gender-specific services/spaces in law.
The Supreme Court ruled when Equality Act 2010 refers to sex it should be read as biological sex. The EHRC has said t-women/t-men should not use women's/men's toilets. This is not in line with the SC's judgement and is discrimination. UK law still states that trans people should not be excluded without a proportionate and legitimate reason. Protect trans people's rights by requiring organisations etc. excluding them to provide such reasoning/evidence in order to protect them from discrimination.
