Ban Holiday Companies from charging Higher prices in the School Holidays!!!!!
The government needs to ban holiday companies from doubling and tripling their prices for trips and flights during school holidays. It is shocking that nothing has already been done about this. Families are struggling to afford to take their children on holidays especially abroad due to increases.
Doing this will improve school attendance for many children as parents will no longer feel the need to have to take their children out of school during term time because of extortionate prices in school holidays. Holidays are beneficial for families mental health and wellbeing and therefore making them the same price as during term time will make it more accessible for all families and people. This includes for teachers as well as due to their work load they deserve holidays but can’t afford it.
