Assess Impact on UK Reputation: Reconsider Forthcoming State Visit.
The government needs to ensure that all state visits uphold the values of respect, international cooperation, and democratic principles. We request that any planned state visit that risks undermining these values be reconsidered.
We urge the UK government to reconsider any state visits from individuals whose public statements or actions may compromise international relations, undermine democratic values, or cause harm to the dignity of the United Kingdom. We believe that state visits should only be extended to those who demonstrate a commitment to these fundamental principles.
