Recognise the Rights of Legal Migrant Workers
We work, pay taxes, and follow the rules — yet all legal migrant workers have no say in UK policies that affect our lives. We’re part of this country. It’s time we were heard. This is about fairness, dignity, and a voice in decisions that matter.
We ask the UK Government to:
1. Stop treating legal migrant workers as a silent group to be managed.
2. Clearly separate legal migrants from illegal immigration in all policy and public messaging.
3. Involve legal migrant voices, especially those without citizenship, in political and policy changes that directly affects their lives.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand you're concerned about the rights of legal migrant workers, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
