Mandatory that all dogs in public must be on a lead.
We need it law that all dogs in a public place be on a lead. Not just under control which is how it is at the present.
We are fed up of dogs being mauled, people being bitten and the same thing coming out of people's mouths. It's ok, he/she is friendly. Our dogs are on a lead for a reason. We need a law to protect our dogs and children from out of control dogs. If they want off lead running, hire a dog field, keep us safe.
