Creation of regional mayors
The creation of City/Regional Mayors should be subject to referendum after the terms and conditions have been proposed. They should include the means and eligibility for election within the terms & conditions of the proposal. All people, aged over 16 on the day of the referendum, subject to the proposed Mayoralty should have a vote.
