Dogs should be on a lead in all public places.
To make it a law that dogs must be on a lead in all public places,there are secure fields available to hire to train dogs,the increase in dog attacks are awful and unfair as the police don’t do anything if there are no witnesses.
My chihuahua was attacked while on a lead by 5 dogs who were off leads that the woman couldn’t control,it was terrifying I still have nightmares and had my two on a lead.i had turned round and was a good distance away and they attacked with no sniffing at all.this has traumatised me and the woman denied it and goes about her weakly life with her dogs as if nothing has happened and the police and dog warden did nothing.
