Ban CEOs from external positions till their company is rectified.
To ban all CEOs who hold positions in external companies ( that undertake public functions) such as Boards,Committees and Consultancy Work. Until their organisation is fit for purpose.
Currently there are a number of organisations which the Government has stepped in and put the Organisation in Supervision or Severe Maladministration. As well as failings in Complaints Handling or managing its Finances.
Whilst this is going on the CEO is elsewhere. On Boards, Committees or Consultancy Work picking up an additional income. This needs addressing where they should only be allowed on these positions when their own 'house' is in order.
