Bring back national service for law breakers

Additional Information

Bring back national service for those who commit a crime, i.e shoplifting, ABH, GBH ect.
This will help with the burden on prisons which most are over filling. It will also teach the offender disapline, respect for other and themselves, and it will teach them that the actions you do have consequences
