Force TFL to Slash Fares and Make London Transport Affordable
1. Force TFL to cut Tube, DLR, Overground, and tram fares by 50%.
2. Cut all adult bus fares by 25%.
3. Introduce a £3 daily cap for unlimited travel across all zones.
4. Ensure fares are reviewed annually and adjusted based on the cost of living.
Londoners are being priced out of public transport during a cost-of-living crisis, forcing many to rely on cars or skip essential travel. This harms work, education, and daily life.
We demand that the Government take immediate action to compel TFL to lower fares and make travel affordable for all.
Fair, reliable public transport is not a luxury — it’s a necessity for equality, clean air, opportunity, and a strong, inclusive economy.
