Manifesto's have to be implemented by law within 2 years of taking office

Additional Information

We have a general election looming next year as always politicians will be making a number of pledges to sway the voters. As the general public know most pledges never come to fruition, this is the time to have all pledges put onto the statute books and become law.
Politicians promises are purely to get into office.
