Exclude existing skilled workers from new immigration proposal
Those who are already in the UK on skilled workers visa should not be included in the new rules outlined in white paper released on May 12, 2025
Most of the skilled workers migrated to the UK with a hope of settlement after working and paying taxes for 5 years.
