Reduce the drink drive limit to Zero
In 2012, 280 people died in alcohol-related deaths on Britain's roads, and there were 55,300 drivers in England and Wales convicted of consuming alcohol or drugs in 2012, similar to the previous year.
With a zero tolerance approach to drink-driving in the UK, we'll all be safer, the stretched police forces across the country will save significant money and time, and we drivers will be absolutely clear about how much alcohol we can consume when we're going to drive...none! No more of those excuses we make to ourselves or others.
It is morally right, and it protects us all. Let's petition the government to stop fiddling with the edges of this problem, and take decisive action that makes our position and responsibility as motorists absolutely unequivocal.
You can't sign this petition because it is now closed. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
