Skilled visa holders already on the 5-year ILR path in the UK deserve fairness and certainty, not a sudden shift to a 10-year ILR route.
Skilled visa holders have played a vital role in the success and stability of the United Kingdom. We
Pay high taxes (often 40%+) and support NHS and public services.
Work in vital sectors: healthcare, tech, finance, logistics, and education.
Invest in homes and communities, and raise families here.
Helped stabilize the workforce, especially since Brexit at the start of 2021.
