Change the law on prescribed medical cannabis users growing their own
Following the response from the Government saying that Homegrown cannabis is not a safe or appropriate substitute for regulated Cannabis Based Products for Medicinal Use. This response is inappropriate as it can be safely and responsibly grown following simple gardening protocols.
People with legitimate medical issues are forced to pay above and beyond ridiculous high prices to buy this which helps them to manage severe health conditions and have some sort of quality of life because they can only get access through private clinics which have even higher sign on fees because the Government refuse to regulate it or use it on the NHS. Medical users would be able to grow the plant that helps them at their own cost and ΒΌ of what they are being charged and can be monitored
