REPAIR EVERY POT HOLE IN BLACKBURN WITH DARWEN PUBLIC ROADS.
THEIR JOB! WE PAY VEHICLE TAX, INCOME TAX, NATIONAL INSURANCE, CAR INSURANCE. POT HOLES DAMAGE OUR CARS. WE THEN PURCHASE NEW PARTS, WHICH IS EXPENSIVE, AND INCLUDES VAT, SO MORE TAX! AND YOU DO A CHEAP JOB OR NOTHING! YOU'RE QUICK TO CHASE US FOR TAX! FIX UP!
SO RESIDENTS STOP SPENDING MORE MONEY ON BUYING PARTS FOR THEIR CARS EVERY SO OFTEN JUST BECAUSE THE GOVERNMENT CAN'T DO THEIR JOB!
