Local NHS Dentistry should not be run by large corporations.
The passion for Dentistry lies in the individual, not the larger companies.
The larger companies have higher turnover of staff, poor continuity of care for patients and lack motivation and drive. The usual economies of scale do not apply to Dentistry, as there is nothing more efficient and pleasing than a relatively small practice owner trying to 'make it big'.
Provide Dental contracts to smaller companies and individuals if you want to inject passion and care into NHS Dentistry.
