Make front number plates a choice and not compulsory

Additional Information

Allow people to have the choice of displaying a front number plate,it doesn't need to be compulsory,motorcycles don't need to display one,some cars just aren't designed to have one and ruins the vehicle with one added

Speed cameras don't flash at you and if they did it would be dangerous so no need for one there,petrol stations etc have cameras that see the end of a car and bikes

What is the need for front plates?
The very least allow people the choice to keep,remove or have a smaller front plate
