Petition Details

To keep the 5-Year ILR pathway for the Skilled Worker visa holders and dependants

Additional Information

Skilled visa holders move to the UK for better opportunities and in they contribute to the UK economy, pay taxes, and support critical sectors like, accounting, finance, health, care, and engineering. Changing ILR rules seems unfair and causing stress for families already in UK and planning to come. Keep the rules and timeframe to ILR same as already, we would appreciate if this can be seriously considered.
