Advocate for Policies to Mitigate AI Job Disruption and Losses
It is vital the government starts preparing for widespread AI job loss and disruption. By taking action now, we can mitigate the potential harms and help our communities thrive in the AI-driven era. Furthermore, incentives for industries to innovate responsibly and ethically.
The impact of AI on jobs cannot be understated. Artificial intelligence technologies are reshaping industries at an unprecedented pace. According to a report by McKinsey Global Institute, up to 800 million jobs could be displaced by automation by 2030. These figures are alarming, and without adequate policy interventions, the repercussions on the global workforce could be severe, leading to increased unemployment rates and social unrest.
