Automatically revoke spousal visas from abusive partners in the UK

Petition Details

We call on the Government to create a law that automatically revokes the spousal visa of any person who abuses their partner while on a spousal visa. We believe abusers should not benefit from UK residency. We feel immigration rules must protect victims and not shield abusers.

Additional Information

I know many, especially minority women, who suffer in silence fearing no justice. I believe the law must protect victims and ensure abusers face immigration consequences.
