Turn the House of Lords into a 100 seat Elected Senate

Additional Information

-The current House of Lords is based on appointed members based on non democratic means and should be abolished/ reformed.

-Abolish the House of Lords as it currently stands in 2 stages

- At every General Election 50 seats in the New Senate are elected based on the percentage of the National Vote each party gains: 2% of the vote = 1 seat in the New Senate.

- After 2 general elections the New Senate will have 100 Senators based on the proportion of the votes gained in the General Elections for Parliament and each subsequent General election 50% of the Senate will be relelected based on the share of the votes each party gains.

-Each Senator can stand for 2 terms only.
