Hold Ofwat to account for failing to live up to their own stated duties.
Discuss why the general public need to pay more for decades of water company failures and the failure of Ofwat to properly regulate these companies.
The water companies should be funding the additional investment required to ensure our water supply is clean, efficient, robust and provides sustainability for the environment - not the public who, in good faith, have been paying their water bills.
Ofwat should managed by members of the general public whose interests lie in ensuring water companies comply with their responsibilities.
Sustainable investment should be planned over a five year, ten year, twenty year and fifty year period.
