Petition Action

Sir John Murphy to resign as Merseyside Chief Constable

Additional Information

In March 2013 Merseyside Police Seized and murdered 22 Dogs because their 3rd party insurance had lapsed or had not been renewed for what ever reason.
Merseyside Police were taken to Judicial Review and were found to have acted unlawfully.
Only a Magistrate can order the dogs destruction and issue the appropriate order.
The Police seized 22 family pets and murdered them.
Someone has to be held accountable for these murders and the buck stops with the man at the top.
