Cyclist riding on pavements in Dagenham and Redbridge

Additional Information

After my 4year old Son was involved in a collision with a cyclist on a pavement resulting in concussion and stitches I fell the government should 1) uphold the law of no cycling on pavements and 2) undertake a major advertising campaign to make more cyclist and pedestrians aware that it is an offence to cycle on most pavements
