secret "placement" ofsted inspections
After being on a placement at a secondary school as part of a University module it is shocking some of the things you see.
Students should be hired to work for Ofsted to go on "placements" as part of "work experience" but should be observing the school, the lessons and the teachers relationships with the pupils and then writing up reports on the school as part of an Ofsted inspection.
