Make all OAP And disabled pay a flat fare of 50p on Buses

Additional Information

We all have had to cut back on one thing or another in the last few years, it is costing the Government Billions subsidising pensioners/Disabled on free travel on Buses, I think they should pay a flat 50p Per Journey no matter what time of day it is.
