Amend Parliamentary Code for PMQ's
Make it part of the Parliamentary Code to allow the Speaker of the House to force the Prime Minister to answer any question put to him or her, in a full, relevant and meaningful reply.
All too often, a question will be put to the Prime Minister, only to be totally dodged or ignored.
Very often our Prime Minister will talk about a subject completely un-related to the question posed by a fellow MPs during PMQ's
I want the Speaker of the House to take charge in such matters and guide the Prime Minister into providing an answer befitting the question.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament as a whole aren't responsible for the issue you raise. Order in the Commons is the responsibility of the Speaker, and Members are responsible for their answers to questions.
