Ban on all face coverings during protests. Identifying known troublemakers.
The people find people who cover their faces during protests to potentially dangerous and nefarious.
Causing alarm and distress as we have no idea who they are why they're hiding their faces and what their intentions are.
The people would ask that the wearing of masks without reasonable excuse be made unlawful.
