Employers must respond to all candidates with acceptance or rejection
Pass a bill that will make all employers respond to candidates whether they have been successful or had their application rejected
Far too many employers ignore applications and don’t even have the grace to let a candidate know that they have been unsuccessful, forcing people to sit around and wait for news that will never come.
