Hold a referendum to decide if the UK should leave the ECHR.
We ask the government to arrange a public referendum on the UK’s membership in the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).

Additional Information

This referendum could allow UK citizens to determine if we should continue adhering to the ECHR or establish independent human rights standards.
