Bring in the army to stop the rioting in the streets

Additional Information

The situation in London and spreading around the country is out of control. The police are ineffective and not in control of the situation. People are losing their homes, business and soon there could be deaths. The army are much better trained and prepared to deal with civil unrest and should be brought in as soon as possible to quell the trouble makers and hand the ring leaders over to the police for prosecution.
