Petition Details

Stop digital ID and currency in the UK as this will effect everyday life and personal freedoms . This breaches Privacy Governments gain enhanced ability to monitor, control, or limit access to services based on digital identity data, potentially infringing on personal freedoms

Additional Information

To protect and respect Human Rights and God given rights as human beings. This act is inhumane and unlawful as we are not even given a choice.
We believe that any move towards a mandatory digital ID must be thoroughly debated with public participation and legal safeguards to prevent abuse and safeguard our constitutional rights. We call on the government to halt any plans that compromise our privacy and freedoms until comprehensive consultations are held and appropriate protections are in place
